Strategic Advisory specialists focus on providing unbiased strategic advisory services across an array of technology, clinical and/or business system environments in healthcare organizations. Qualified Strategic Advisory candidates typically possess the following:
- Professionalism to establish executive level rapport and manage client relationships.
- Five or more years of healthcare consulting experience or comparable work experience including one or more of the following:
- IT Assessment and Strategic Planning
- Clinical Consulting
- Process Redesign
- System Selections and Vendor Contract Negotiation
- Pre-implementation Planning
- Capability to develop and manage project budgets, work plans, risks and issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Implementation Service specialists focus on planning and implementing infrastructure technology, clinical and/or business systems in healthcare organizations. Qualified candidates typically possess the following:
- Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry.
- Five or more years of implementation experience, or comparable work experience.
- Understanding of system integration and the impact on business processes/operations.
- Vendor certification in at least one application/module (multiple vendor knowledge and application certifications are preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead key implementation tasks including application analysis, design and build, testing, training, interface planning, security configuration, project management.
