Impact Advisors assists in negotiating fair and successful contracts in the following ways:
  • Request For Information and Request For Proposal Development: Construct RFIs and RFPs that clearly define expectations for vendors and products and that solicit commitment to high levels of performance in the vendors’ responses and products.
  • Contract Review: Evaluate and review client draft contracts and/or vendor “boiler plate” contracts and make recommendations for minimizing ambiguities and strengthening contractual text.
  • Contract Negotiation: Work in a trusted advisor role with clients by identifying risks, opportunities and contracting approaches that have proved successful by other healthcare organizations.
