History of Impact Advisors
Impact Advisors was founded by Andrew and Peter Smith in February of 2007 with the goal of building the nation’s premier healthcare technology consulting firm. Andy and Pete can trace their roots in a common family and professional history. The “Smith Brothers” have worked together in the Healthcare IT industry over the last 18 years…and have been brothers for 40 years!
Impact was soon enhanced by the addition of our incredibly talented partners: Todd Hollowell, Melanie Swenson and Paula Elliott. These Partners allowed us to diversify into a full portfolio of skills and services for the Healthcare environment.
Although our initial aspirations were modest, the Firm quickly grew. Within months, Impact Advisors was working with some of the industry’s leading organizations assisting them with their most challenging strategic issues. As a result, these challenging engagements allowed us to build a Team of skilled, experienced Associates.
We have focused on building a culture of sustained excellence, delivering exceptional service to our industry. We have maintained our small firm feel, and all Associates are united in a set of common Principles:
