Impact Advisors Donates More than 5,000 Personal Care Products to Active Troops Overseas

Employees collected items as part of inaugural IMPACT CARES month

Chicago, IL (August 18, 2017) – Impact Advisors, LLC, a leading provider of healthcare information technology services, has collected and donated 5,308 personal care products to Operation Support our Troops – America, a quantity that more than tripled the firm’s original collection goal. Associates were encouraged to collect the toiletries as part of their inaugural IMPACT CARES month, an annual initiative encouraging staff to donate, serve and volunteer.

The firm collected shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, toothbrushes, bath gels, toothpaste and various other personal care products to be included in comfort and care packages, sent to active U.S. troops overseas. The Impact Advisors Operations Team hand delivered the 385 pounds of care products to the Naperville office of Operation Support our Troops – America on Thursday, August 10th.

“Our firm is dedicated to sustaining a culture of caring and this initiative is just one of the many ways we encourage our associates to participate in community outreach,” said Michael Nutter, Happyologist and driving force behind IMPACT CARES month. “We truly hope this donation will bring comfort to our active troops overseas.”

Impact Advisors is committed to creating a high-energy, team-oriented and rewarding work environment. In April as part of the firm’s annual staff retreat, ImpactPalooza, the entire team packed personalized backpacks that were delivered to patients at Florida Hospital for Children.
