Impact Advisors is currently recruiting for the following positions:
Principal Advisors

A Principal Advisor has established a strong reputation within Impact Advisors and with clients. In addition to the skills of a Senior Advisor, the Principal Advisor has demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects at the same time, develops long-standing client relationships for the organization, leads or assists in the closing of significant business, and is an established leader within the firm. Specifically, a Principal Advisor demonstrates the following skills:
  • Builds relationships with client stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CEOs, etc.) and other key players in the industry
  • Responsible for identifying the resources needed to satisfy client project needs
  • Shows mastery of all key project management skills: planning, monitoring and documenting a project; development of project Associates; building relationships with the client; delivery project economics; and recruiting outstanding talent
  • Manages multiple medium or large-scale projects simultaneously
  • Writes annual reviews and serves as Career Manager for Advisors and Senior Advisors as assigned
  • Shares responsibility with other members of the leadership team for the culture/morale of the company and its Associates
Senior Advisors

Senior Advisors are experienced consultants who consistently coordinate and manage other Associates and client staff on engagements. Extensive travel is required. Above and beyond the Advisor role, the Senior Advisor is expected to take on roles including:
  • Project Management
    • Manages increasingly larger and more complex client projects; able to manage multiple projects or initiatives concurrently
    • Serves the client and strengthens client relationships
    • Manages project team members by providing guidance and direction and assistance with issue resolution
    • Develops and manages project work plans, manages project scope, deliverables and overall project quality
  •  Mentoring and Coaching
    • Supports Associate development and advancement through on-the-job coaching
    • Provides and promotes communication across Impact Advisors
  •  Practice and Relationship Development
    • Maintains strong client relationships
    • Promotes Impact Advisors in the industry
    • Supports sales and marketing efforts
Advisors

Advisors are expected to perform a variety of project tasks independently and in teams as assigned. Extensive travel is required. An Advisor may develop in various areas, perhaps as a generalist who is able to perform on a breadth of client engagements, or as a skill master who has a deep skill set in a particular technology area of focus. 
Advancement within the Advisor position is achieved by the acquisition and quality of Impact Advisors core skills, technical and/or application skills and knowledge, delivery and task management skills, and project management skills.
Epic Implementation Specialists

Impact Advisors is seeking advanced and experienced Epic Implementation Specialists. Qualified candidates should possess the following:
 
  • 4 - 5 years of previous implementation experience, or comparable work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry is required for generalists and specialists and is preferred for technologists. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of the integration of Epic applications and their impact on business processes and operations
  • Epic Certification in at least one application/module
  • Ability to perform a variety of complex project tasks independently and in teams as assigned by the Client or Project Manager. 
  • Take a lead role in assisting in the achievement of the following tasks:
    • Analysis, design and build of application table files, configurations, and custom reports and programs.
    • Development of training plans and materials.
    • Development and management of test plans.
    • Analysis, design and implementation of interfaces.
    • Development of policies and procedures.
    • Development and management of go-live work plans, and helps to coordinates go-live support, including super-user support, IS/analyst support, vendor support and go-live help desk support.
    • Development and delivery of project documentation and working papers.
  • Extensive travel is required.
