There are just three Associate levels below the Vice President: Principal, Senior Advisor and Advisor.

Epic Implementation Specialist

Impact Advisors is actively seeking seasoned Epic professionals to serve in a strategic implementation capacity. Our highly-qualified team works with some of the industry's leading organizations assisting with their most challenging strategic issues. Qualified candidates should possess the following expertise:

• EpicCare Inpatient Orders/ Clin Doc, CPOE, Ambulatory, ASAP, Radiant, Beacon or Security
• Experience with all phases of the implementation lifecycle (planning, design, build, test and deployment)
• Experience in the planning and design of system implementations, requirements gathering and participation in technical reviews
• Experience providing project management, product expertise and assistance with implementation activities
• Participate in project management activities such as developing and managing work plans, timelines, scope, and risk
• Manage all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, deliverables, resources, and client invoices/receivables
• Ability to establish credibility at all levels within the client
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
• Excellent client service skills to support and maintain the Firm's relationship with the client
• Contribute to project deliverables, work products and Firm collateral and may assist with Knowledge Management activities
• Ability to travel nationally, on a weekly basis

Cerner Implementation Specialist

Impact Advisors is actively seeking seasoned Cerner professionals to serve in a strategic implementation capacity. Our highly-qualified team works with some of the industry's leading organizations assisting with their most challenging strategic issues. Qualified candidates should possess the following expertise:

• Experience with all phases of the implementation lifecycle (planning, design, build, test and deployment)
• Experience in the planning and design of system implementations, requirements gathering and participation in technical reviews
• Experience providing project management, product expertise and assistance with implementation activities

Advisory Consultant

Impact Advisors is actively seeking seasoned Healthcare IT Strategy professionals to help identify and determine appropriate strategic options for our clients across the continuum, from ambulatory care to hospice, in both the public and private sectors. Qualified candidates should possess the following expertise:

• IT strategy and planning, IT organization redesign and succession planning, system implementations and enhancing IT department operations
• Strong understanding of Healthcare IT Operations
• Experience assessing technology and system gaps
• Ability to define the infrastructure and/or application solutions needed to close gaps and further business strategy
• Ability to develop and gain executive and operational buy-in for a multi-year IT strategic roadmap
• Experience identifying risks and establishing proactive mitigation strategies
• Experience using proven methodologies and practical experience to help clients determine how technology can create business opportunities
• Ability to streamline processes and increase the quality and safety of patient care
• Extensive information services leadership experience to provide support in times of organizational transition and transformation
• Previous experience serving in an IT management or executive position in healthcare organizations
• Ability to travel nationally, on a weekly basis
