Impact Advisors, a leading healthcare management consulting firm, was recognized in Consulting Magazine’s 2025 “Best Firms to Work For” list. The firm has been named to the prestigious list sixteen times.

The Consulting Magazine “Best Firms to Work For” survey is conducted using responses collected from consultants within each firm. Firms are ranked in six categories: client engagement, culture, firm leadership, career development, compensation and benefits, and work-life balance.
Since 2007, Impact Advisors has focused on building and sustaining an exceptional company culture.
