Firm recognized for consistently exceeding client expectations

Impact Advisors, a leading healthcare consultancy providing strategy, operations, revenue cycle, and technology services, announced it has been recognized in KLAS’ Security and Privacy Consulting Services Report for exceeding client expectations for 100% of respondents surveyed and earning a score of 99.1 on a 100-point scale.

Each year, KLAS interviews thousands of healthcare professionals about the IT solutions and services their organizations use. For this report, interviews were conducted over the last 18 months using KLAS’ standard quantitative evaluation for healthcare services, which is composed of nine numeric ratings questions and three yes/no questions all weighted equally. Combined, the ratings for these questions make up the overall performance score, which is measured on a 100-point scale. The questions are organized into five customer experience pillars – loyalty, operations, relationship, services, and value.

In the feedback, Impact Advisors’ security clients consistently report a collaborative relationship with the firm and say the consultants are high quality and well incorporated into the organization.
