How We Deliver Value

Corporate Services Optimization examines the corporate functions, such as HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Facilities and provides solutions to enable more efficient and effective support of hospital operations.

Our experts gain an understanding of your organization and current challenges, so we can develop focused solutions by corporate function that align with your strategic vision and goals. Areas of focus include people (their roles and how they are organized), process and performance, as well as infrastructure. We benchmark your performance against similar organizations to guide our analysis and seek to understand the value of key functions and how to leverage them to fulfill near and long-term objectives.

We architect and implement solutions that will optimize spend while maintaining the quality of support. These could include insourcing, outsourcing, centralization, automation, demand management, and streamlining/reducing waste.

Utilizing tools, dashboards, and a position control process (if applicable), we embed structures that facilitate continuous performance tracking and follow-up action to ensure gains are sustainable.
