Lisa is a versatile, innovative, purposeful leader with more than 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, providing engagement oversight for system-wide operational and strategic performance improvements across health systems. She has subject matter expertise in Corporate and Shared Services, Access Optimization, Organization Model Design and Revenue Cycle solutions. Ms. Jansen-King is a GE certified “Black Belt” with broad experience leading process excellence, Lean Six Sigma, change management, and organizational / leadership development engagements for healthcare providers nationwide.

John Klare - Managing Partner

John is a highly accomplished, results-oriented, senior executive and consultant with experience in healthcare provider business transformation, operations improvement, revenue cycle, and new service line development. He is a proven leader with experience in multiple start-ups/private equity/IPOs. John has an outstanding track record of new business development for complex consulting and large business process outsourcing (BPO) contracts.
