Meghan has extensive experience working with senior leadership across all corporate and operational support functions to deliver and implement process improvement strategies. She is highly skilled in utilizing data analytics to assess healthcare provider performance and strategically reduce expenses within multi-hospital systems. Utilizing her FP&A and accounting experience, she has assisted crises clients in managing their cash flows and prioritizing turnaround efforts so they could continue serving their communities. With her healthcare experience and financial background, she’s able to measure and articulate operational improvements directly to financial statement impact.

John Klare - Managing Partner

John is a highly accomplished, results-oriented, senior executive and consultant with experience in healthcare provider business transformation, operations improvement, revenue cycle, and new service line development. He is a proven leader with experience in multiple start-ups/private equity/IPOs. John has an outstanding track record of new business development for complex consulting and large business process outsourcing (BPO) contracts.
